INSTALL

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 80. 

  • Clean area: All area will be cleaned to remove dust and debris. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 120.  

  • Clean area: All area will be cleaned to remove dust and debris. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 50 resin. 

  • Clean area: All area will be cleaned to remove dust and debris. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 400 resin. 

  • Clean area: All area will be cleaned to remove dust and debris. 

  • Densifier Application: Apply densifier throughout the newly polished area to help harden the substrate. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 800 resin. 

  • Clean area: All area will be cleaned to remove dust and debris. 

  • Stain: Apply stain in concrete to create color effect to match existing concrete. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 1500 resin 

  • Clean area: All area will be cleaned to remove dust and debris. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond cup wheel machine grade 3500 resin. 

  • Sealer: Apply LS gard glossing sealer. 

  • Polish: Area will be polished with diamond felt finish to increase shine on entire floor.

Safety

Having anti-slip grip in your floor is essential when working around moist areas that involve cleaning or have a tendency to have spills. We can add sand to your epoxy to give your employees the grip you need for safety purposes.

Durability

When dealing with hot equipment it is important to have a coating and sealer that is meant for high heat environments. A Hermetic 4.8s slurry may be best for you.

Easy Clean Up

Chemicals can take their toll on a floor. Our epoxy solutions will leave you with a puddle easy to clean up for your team. Depending on the chemicals you are handling, a Novalec epoxy may be the best coating and topcoat for you.

Sun-Proof

There are two ways that your coating can be sun-proofed. 1. Flake system or 2. Pigmented topcoat.
